What is it? Opportunity Analysis is a tool for prioritizing action to determine which categories or sub-categories to work on. The tool helps assess the best options and prioritize actions according to six key factors; organisational difficulty, the degree of market difficulty, the degree of price flexibility, the degree of category maturity (ie how much work has already been done/how much we understand this category/market) and the potential for other non-financial value benefits.
How does it work? This learning module will ensure you understand the principles and be able to use the tool to successfully complete an opportunity analysis of your own.
