What is it? A concession strategy is a plan of the goals you will be trading off with your opponents.
How does it work? This learning module will ensure you develop a full list of your own most desirable outcomes, least desirable outcomes and give you clarity on your opponents' goals. It will ensure you have considered the sequence of trade-offs you are willing to make to achieve the outcomes you desire.
What is the structure of the course? It is a 30-minute interactive multimedia eLearning module comprising of video, images, text and knowledge checks. The course expires after 30 days.
