What is it?  Stakeholder mapping is used to ensure you get the key people in your organization that can influence the success of your project aligned

How does it work? This learning module will ensure you understand which key people you will need to engage within your organisation and will allow you to recognise the roles of different direct and indirect stakeholders by creating a stakeholder map with an action plan on how to keep them informed.

What is the structure of the course?  It is a 30-minute interactive multimedia eLearning module comprising of video, images, text and knowledge checks.

When is it useful?  When planning for your negotiation and getting stakeholders aligned within your organization.
