These packages include the training and resources to enable and equip your team to negotiate effectively and deliver outstanding results. They are suitable for procurement teams, sales teams and anyone who negotiates in their role. The packages include high-impact negotiation training, licenses to Red Sheet® Online (our digital negotiation platform) and a range of resources to enhance capability and boost results.
Negotiation awareness package
The negotiation awareness package is based around the Red Sheet® Nano – the perfect tool for planning simple or individual negotiations, along with an introduction to some of the soft skills and tactics required for success. It also includes supporting resources for negotiators.
What’s included
- Introduction Red Sheet Negotiation training course (live, online, instructor-led or classroom delivery)
- One year’s subscription to Red Sheet Online - negotiation planning toolkit, workflow, resource centre and academy, for all delegates
- Negotiation resource pack including physical Red Sheet Nanos and other key tools and resources mailed to each delegate*
- Copies of the Negotiation for Procurement and Supply Chain Professionals book by Jonathan O’Brien for all delegates
There are three package options depending on the size of your team:
- Venture Package – up to 16 people
- Enterprise Package – up to 50 people (training will be delivered in three cohorts)
- Corporate Package – up to 100 people (training delivered in six cohorts)
