What is it? Negotiation is about process, personality and repertoire. It is important to develop and deploy a strong repertoire of winning tactics and techniques for any negotiation and any stage of a negotiation.
How does it work? This learning module will provide you with 50 tactics (each illustrated by video, how they work and countermeasures to use) and 50 techniques to deploy during the event.
What is the structure of the course? It is a 120-minute interactive multimedia eLearning module comprising of video, images, text and knowledge checks. The course expires after 50 days.

When is it useful? As part of the planning phase and before engaging with your opponents in the negotiation.
